Today was actually really good! Mom, Jennifer Lup, and I all made our way to the art museum in downtown Houston (miraculously. oh my goodness the traffic was terrifying lol) and spent a good three hours gawking at all the art. There was this crazy light tunnel that I want to sleep in forever. There was this plexiglass city thing that was like a space city? It was really cool. and Then the special exibit was call Shadow Monsters. Basically you stand infront of this camera, and it tracks your movements and places little monster bits onto you. So of course Jennifer and I played with that for a good 10 minuets. But then mom dragged us through the paintings giving us a little history lesson. Turns out I am in love with Van Gogh, and I can't figure out how the renassance painted skin so smoothly. Like seriously, those paintings look too much like photos for comfort. Anyways, afterwards we went to this cute little english pub and took a lot of selifies because the lighting was good.
Thoughts from today:
-You never know what God has planned for you. Something terrible that happens may turn into a huge blessing two years down the row. Trust in His plan always.
-Every day can be made into an adventure. A day that could have been spent in my room was turned into a really fun trip with my mom and best friend. Always be open to adventure.
-Don't force relationships. It's so easy to crave love. You don't need to crave love. God's love is there in a greater amount than you could ever fathom. Quit searching the wrong places for love.
Remember to always be an Adventurer.
